Returns

At Bluebird Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Products that have been used or worn

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or product, we are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team before returning your item so we can assist you with the process.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We will review the information and arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • We sent the wrong item

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide instructions for returning the product.
